I have spent over a decade inside businesses where the digital systems had to work. Not as a consultant parachuted in to give recommendations. As the person accountable for the numbers.

At The Jockey Club I ran a £40m ecommerce estate and grew online revenue from £28m to £41m. At Goodwood I built a CRM across 18 departments from scratch, grew the marketable database by 34% and increased digital revenue by 15%. At Sopro I cut cost per acquisition by 45% while growing lead volume by 80%. At Accord Healthcare I reduced data processing time by 80% and was recognised as Employee of the Quarter.

I am based in North Devon and work with SMEs across the South West and nationally. Surfon is what I built when I realised the same problems I was fixing in large organisations are sitting in almost every growing SME in the country, and most of them cannot get access to the level of experience to fix them properly.
